How to fix the ESD user error 80 shown on the ESD when it’s trying to sign an invoice.

 

1. Login on the device using the Tech password

a. scroll down to the SYSTEM FLAGS or FLAGS option

b. look for GROSS TOTAL FLAGS and check the if the INVOICE TOTAL :  is correct as shown on Driver A using the Training Mode view.

c. Look for TAX TOTAL FLAGS and check if the VAT TOTAL :  part is correct as shown on Driver      A using the Training Mode view.

Press CONFIRM to save if the above were not correct.

2. On DRIVER A click on Mode and select Training to see the system tags setup.
